Mechanical engineering is indeed a broad field. Our mechanical staff has developed intricate imaging systems, complex stabilized platforms, commercial and consumer printers, electronics enclosures, and other complex systems.

AES has a broad range of mechanical talent to address your problem. We specialize in product development and have been successful in existing product troubleshooting, productionization of existing designs, and design assessment. Our analysis & modeling department compliments the mechanical designs with structural and thermal analysis.

AES has the facilities and tools required for a twenty first century mechanical design staff. We feature state of the art design tools that include Parametics Pro Engineer™ and Solidworks™ computer aided design software. In addition to our design and analysis departments, AES has over 8000 square feet of dedicated lab space for prototype assembly, troubleshooting and testing.
